Immigration Status Does Not Matter - Labor Laws Apply to All Workers in California

The California Labor and Workforce Development Agency in its News Release confirmed again that it the state's long-standing policy that labor laws apply to all workers regardless of immigration status. Furthermore, California "will not tolerate the use of immigration status as a tool of retaliation against workers who are pursuing their rights under California law."
